One of our core competencies is the representation of clients engaged in the development, marketing, and licensing of technology. We have distinctive expertise in software, web based and other services, telecommunications, hardware, and multi-media.

We generally serve as "outside" general counsel for our technology clients. In this capacity we assist our clients to identify and protect their intellectual property, effectively license and distribute their technology to domestic and international end users and channel partners such as resellers and other software companies that incorporate our client’s technology into bundled products, engage in strategic alliances, find and monitor litigation counsel, as well as provide services related to and venture capital, securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
