One of our core competencies is corporate law and the representation of growing companies.

We frequently serve as “outside” general counsel for our corporate clients. In this capacity we assist our clients to organize new business entities, negotiate and document contracts, create equity based compensation plans, find and monitor litigation counsel, as well as provide services related to venture capital, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.

We also have substantial experience in tax and commercial law and assist our clients to structure, negotiate, and implement secured and unsecured credit facilities, including revolving lines of credit, term loans, and bridge loans. We represent both lenders and borrowers in these transactions.
