Erick Rock is a corporate associate at Balboni Law Group, LLC. Erick practices in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, technology licensing, corporate governance, data privacy law, and venture capital. Erick received his B.A. degree in European History from Washington & Lee University in 1990, an MBA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1993, and a J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska School of Law in 1997 during which time he was a member of the Nebraska Law Review, and served as Executive Editor from 1996-97.

Prior to law school Erick was employed as an Account Executive at Gateway Computers. Erick is a member of the State of Georgia Bar and was admitted in 1997 and has served on the Georgia Bar Journal Board of Editors from April 2000 until June 2004 and has contributed to Georgia's State Bar's Computer Law Section newsletter.
